I called the day previous to see if they had what I needed (Gi for a new school) and they assured me that they would and that they would be happy to help me out whenever I came in! I came in and was helped out immediately. I was met with kindness as I tried different sizes, and different styles as some schools have rules to colour, style etc. I would 100% recommend new comers to the sport and also those who have been practicing for some time to come here. Flat out great prices and quality goods. Thank you to the guys at Budo World Martial Arts Supply!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They offer good products at a fair price. Usually much better than another supplier. But their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any company. I ordered for a year with them, at least worth 15k of merchandise a year. For EVERY order, I have to do minimum 5 follow up calls or emails because they never respected the promises Hayee (the owner) made on the phone. He greets you with : hello my friend, how are you...But he doesn't care. Last time, I ordered hoodies so they would arrive before christmas for kids' christmas gift from their parents. There were so many errors, few of my clients never got their hoodies in time. That made ME look like unprofessionnal. He promised to correct the error. After 1 month of calling, writing, texting the owner, he still NEVER corrected the error and NEVER sent me the hoodies I ordered. So if you are just looking for a price, go ahead. If you want a trustable supplier, STAY AWAY!!!
