Prices are decent compared to other Canadian tire type stores (marks, sportchek...). Staffs are friendly and helpful in assisting us to get what we want

Upon entering the store, Noah, one of the sales reps came and assisted me in finding a pair of hiking shoes. He was very hospitable and very well mannered. It is quite evident that this is a well managed company, and I highly recommend this.place to anyone.

Stopped by the Avalon mall store today to by a pair of shoes. We were greeted at the door and by the staff working cash The young gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my purchase easy I had just come from another sports store and the service was very poor! Well done to your store nice to see that good service can still be found!

The employees are careless and rude. The employee at the door let approximately 10 customers in the store when there were already approximately 15 inside. The sign at the door stated a customer limit that was blatantly ignored by the employees (12). The employee stated that the women's side of the store was full, so only shoppers looking for male clothing could enter first, prior to allowing a large group to skip the line and enter prior to other customers waiting in line. The employees made no attempt to socially distance. This store should not be open if the employees are unable to keep it safe.

Noticed the sign on the window advertising plus sized clothes, going up to 5xl. I headed inside to see what I could find, but I was shocked to find nothing above a 2xl. As someone who needs bigger clothes i was very disappointed that their advertised sizes were nowhere to be found.
