Bought my racquet in store when it's on sale, discounted from 300 to 160. Sounds good deal? When I took the racquet home, the sticker price was actually 190. So the store actually jack up the price by almost 60% before putting on promotion. As a long term loyal customer, I am so disappointed to catch this live.

Pricey but good selection and extremely helpful staff. I was last there during red-zone COVID restrictions and they were bending over backwards to do returns, exchanges, and in-store pickups outside to minimize wait times and help everyone as quickly as possible. Keep an eye out for sales to help with those price tags!
Much more Than sport stuff,they carry lot of high-end & pricy brands for women,men,kids. Good customer service. Attractive interior design. Everything has a price tag.
Great product, poor service. It took forever to check out, lots of staff working but only one person behind the check out counter.
My first time buying here and it was a terrible experience. I bought some items online and 3 days after my purchase I get an email telling me that one item is out of stock. I send an email to customer service, no response. I call the store that I ordered from and they tell me that they cancelled the item and aren't able to replace it. Why didn't it say this at checkout and why did it take 3 days to email me that my one item was out of stock? As a first time buyer at this company I will never spend money here again.
Horrible customer service. Heard employees gossiping/judging about my wife whilst she was in the change rooms.
