The staff at the Okotoks Sportchek went above and beyond for me. I placed an order online that got really mixed up so I went to them to see if they could help, they just took the time and took over and got my order organized and to me , just in time for Christmas. The service staff and manager were so helpful! Thank you so much!

Always a great experience here. During the initial stages of covid-19 they were a little bit low on stock however it was understandable considering the situation. The staff is always full of smiles and helpful to find your needs.

The staff is great aside from one young lady who works there. If I wanted to speak to someone with an attitude, I'd call my 3 year old niece, definitely not from the cashier. It's too bad such a negative presence works at such a lovely store.

Once again went in and walked past 4 people working. Not acknowledged by anyone. Looked at shoes for 15 minutes. Still no one. Don't waste your time. Find some place else for anything sports related
The bike specialist gentleman was super kind and helpd my husband fix his scooter tire. He also showed him how to fix it for future references. This is the first time we came to this sport check (previously been to other ones in Calgary), but this is by far the best service. (Sorry i wish i got his name, worked Saturday Aug 17 2019)Thank you for helping us and we will be coming to this location from now on! I really hope this kind employee gets recognized by management!
