Low stock, no one around to help ever. If you ask if they have something in a different size or colour you get a "you can always check online" better off making the trip to Nanaimo or just shop online I guess.

I've had a similar experience the last 3 times I've been in. The staff seems like a bunch of teenagers who just want to hang out with each other rather than do their jobs. Openly having personal conversation in front of me while I wait to have their attention. I've had a problem at the checkout every single time, where I have had to tell the employee how to do my sale. ie I was returning an item, and she "sold" it to me at regular price and returned it at the sale price I bought it for and then tried to charge me the difference, rather than refund the full amount for an item that I've already paid for.
A few times previously, I've been disappointed at the stock selection represented on website versus in store.. this time, a sales associate helped me out and was able to find the products I was looking for, out of the back storage and bring them out for me. Very happy with staff willing to make that extra effort.
Great Prices ..... As long as the item is on sale. Staff are always happy to help out.
Not a great selection at this store... I find online better, honestly.
Terrible customer service. Staff seems not interested at all in helping. Stood by the golf section for over 20 minutes, needed different sizes on a couple of items, but they were too busy stocking other sections.
Absolutely awful customer service. Everyone we came into contact with seemed miserable. You're in a service industry... at least put a LITTLE effort in...
Always go in the store expecting a lot and never leave disappointed. Great staff
