Nice location and employees available to help, but there was not really good knowledge of the product. Bought some new skates, I asked about sharpening and was told they came sharpened. At home, read the product booklet - instructions say to sharpen before use. Also on the sportchek website they recommend sharpening all new skates. Had to go make another trip and wait an hour. :/ Would suggest to go to a specialty store for skates! Like source for sports, very thorough service there, proper fitting, service and better product knowledge.

Austin in the Service Shop was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about what my skis needed and gave me honest advice. He also finished them within a hour even though they would have taken longer anywhere else.

This location is big and easy to find items. However, the staff at the cash register isn't polite and can improve their customer service.

Lots to choose from but every once and awhile they have limited options on certain items but overall the staff are helpful. New location is beside the hair salon.

I was there today at the shop service, the technician guy named Austin was such a great,professional and polite. He did my bindings on my new skis,and everything was just wonderful. Great to see these professionals serving us at Sport check.Thank you

Friendly staff, especially an employee named Cody. I was there to purchase ice skates and a helmet with my son for the first time. Cody took the time to help me choose the right gears for my son. He was very confident and knowledgeable in what he does as he was able to answer all my questions. We were there for about an hour because we had to try out several skates and helmets, however Cody was patient and kept his friendly manner all along. I was very thankful and impressed with his customer-oriented attitude.

I've got my snowboard waxed many times are different locations but they definitely didn't do it when I picked it up. My friend got hers done same day and when we went to the mountain day after it was very obvious mine wasnt done
