Ok, so I really need to know who's running this store. You decide to NOT sharpen skates because of the lockdown??? When the only things we're allowed to do in almost all of Ontario are outside? You're an absolute genius. Oh, but no problem coming by and picking up clothes and stuff. Please explain to us all how not sharpening skates is protecting us.

Terrible business! Very limited inventory and they steer you to online ordering without telling you that they have no way of tracking orders. They "open an investigation" which means they need a few months to delay until they refund. Stay away!
For any shoe needs ask for Lexi, put me on the best tricks for lacing. And knew exactly what was right for my foot. She’s perfect person to figure out what shoes are right for you. Extremely knowledgeable

I came in looking for skates for my daughter my Husband and I , not realizing the store was closing shortly. The sales associate Melanie was very patient and informative. That girl knows her skates. Not once did I feel like she was rushing us out the door even though I knew we were just past closing. All three of us left with sharp heat moulded skates. Shout out to the gentleman at the service shop too(Brian maybe?), very pleasant. Good job guys. Thank you so much.
Waited over half an hour in the shoe department for someone to even acknowledge me. I went over to a staff member after having them make eye contact with me numerous times, said they'd be back in a second.... Waited 15 more minutes and walked out. Spent a bit more money at The Shoe Company but got way better service!
