I ordered curbside pick up and went there and checked in, and after waiting for 6 minutes in the car for them to acknowledge, no one did so of course had to walk in only to see 5 employees standing around doing nothing. The lady that helped me said they have 3 minutes to acknowledge and was apologetic, but I really didn't appreciate having to wait that long or having to go in the store, and stand around waiting for 5 minutes for her to get it, especially because I was in a rush. Sport Chek really needs to step up their customer service as this wasn't the 1st bad experience I've had there

Large store with good selection but somewhat limited. Think of it as this: they have a bit of everything but not enough variety within a category.
I was going to give 4 stars for a neat, clean well organized store with helpful staff and lots of choice with quite a number of attractively priced sale items. However as everyone was fully covered with PPE for covid-19, there was hand sanitizer by the front door and the staff kept the 2 m distance... Giving out an extra star. . Keep up the good work.
I came in looking for ear protectors that rugby players wear but they didn't have it. The sales kid suggested to wrap tape around my head instead. Seriously? .... and they wonder why Amazon is taking over
Save your money and your time. do not use the sport chek maintenance bike service. sport check charges 50 dollars for a bike review service that delivers you back completely dirty components (please, see the pictures). I asked basic questions about the situation of the components, like brake pads, for example, they did not know how to answer me. The \mechanic\ said that it is common practice in the store to pour oil on the dirt. does not have the minimum technical preparation and a store that offers such a service is not suitable. AVOID THIS STORE.
