The girl who helped me get my son 3 pairs of shoes (soccer cleats, runners n converse runners and keens for my husband was awesome. Unfortunetly i dont know her name. She was petite and blondish hair. We were in a rush and she was efficient and helpful

Went in mid day to check out some snowboards. After looking for about 5 min (because I know what I was interested in) never approached... I asked the tall guy at the back desk if I board was on Sale and he brushed me off with a go F yourself facial expression so left and paid 400 elsewhere! I've been here many times, usually a no help, on your own place which is fine to me. But this tall white, goatee guy needs to learn manners.
