After two of them were on me like white on rice to follow their covid policy and tracking they left me to fend for myself checking out kitchen faucets as I was looking for one to replace my aging and too low faucet. nobody seemed interested in giving me a hand or indicating to me when or how they might assist me to discuss options for what I was looking for. Asked about aerators, they didn't know what I was talking about, they didn't even send me around to the plumbing supply side. I walked out unhelped and figured that out on my own, ended up being almost as useless over there.

Requested a replacement part that had failed while under warranty (along with Splashes receipt). Staff in the show-room said my request would be handled at the service desk. Went to service desk, identified the part required, staff told me it was in order, took my phone # and committed to calling me upon receipt of part. No call for a month, went back today to find that there was no record of my original request. Was told at the service desk that show-room would handle my request? Explained that I had already been to the show-room a month earlier and had ordered replacement part at service desk. They did determine that they had the part in hand, on the shelf, but couldn’t give it to me? Told me to call a 1-800 # to request the part. So in a nut-shell, I received conflicting accounts from your staff. I wasted a month with a leaking sink. You had the part I required in hand and a chance to provide service. You sent me elsewhere.

Renovations can be quite stressful, but the comfort and assistance from Debra Koster really helped during this process. Debra was amazing. I had wonderful customer service from buying, solving problems, and arranging out of town home delivery of all products. She was very patient during my multiple visits, phone calls, and emails. I was also impressed with the prompt quotes and detailed updated list of items that I required for the bathrooms undergoing renovations. This was just the best experience for purchasing all bathroom products. Very highly recommended. Awesome service and great staff.
