Excellent customer service with a wide variety of products. We outfitted an entire house with help from Danielle. Her knowledge of the product lines, customer service and ability to accommodate our needs was exceptional. This was in complete contrast to the horrible customer service at the Abbotsford Splashes store. Avoid the Abbotsford store if possible and drive the extra half hour to Langley or Chilliwack.
I have been dealing with and sending my clients to Splashes Langley for at least 20 years.Never have I encountered a problem that could not be solved by the staff.I found our rep(Krista) to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.Also the supply desk and the waterworks have been very helpful.Top notch all around.Carry on !
