I chose Splash to replace my pool liner after a great recommendation from a close friend. My pool is a complicated shape and we had had trouble in the past so I was worried about the installation being done properly. From start to finish the process was great. Jeff took the time to do complex measurements, help us choose the perfect liner, and gave us a great price. When the liner was ready, Greg and The team showed up ahead of schedule and completed the work quickly and professionally. VERY pleased!!

Splash service men were called to fix a leaky light in an in-ground, indoor pool. The pool had self-drained to below the level of the light. They checked the plumbing but not the light. The plumbing had nothing to do with the problem and it had already been checked. These guys were not listening, were not prepared to check the light, left hose all over the place. They refused further work and left. Their manager Geoff was not any more helpful than the workmen were. Not worth having them back and I refused to pay. Beware!!
We recently had a moose take a swim in our pool (you may have seen her on TV). Before she left 3.5 hours later she had destroyed the liner and damaged some coping. Splash Pools came to the rescue and very quickly had the pool up and running again with a new liner and the coping repaired. We were extremely happy with the excellent service.
Quick and professional service. Initially I balked to myself at the high winter service rates (169 for 30 min and 49 for each additional 15 min) to be honest; but, this is the cost for 2 service guys and they are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Likely the final bill was less than paying a service tech that is unfamiliar with Arctic Spas and doesn't have the parts on hand. As other reviewers noted - best to email service rather than call. Quick e-mail replies.
