Used to go to their store on a regular. Found products but of recent, I must say the customer service is porrous. I have called to order two different times and the first time, with a friend for products, and the lady was so rude. She spoke harshly like she was trying to brush us off the phone and or couldn't be bothered. Just called again to place an order for two candles I needed and the male worker insisted on minimum purchase of 30 to purchase curbside. I needed something for 20 purchase. I have purchased there so many times. Even with covid, its quick and easy to hand a person a product in a bag at the door quickly and even process a credit card online or tap at door. Will not be purchasing 1crnt there ever again. Would rather travel downtown to get good service than promote this store with extremely poor service.

This is a lovely store, the owner Joyce takes her time with you to ensure that you get the products that you need. I has nothing but good luck come into my life since visiting this store. This is the absolute best store for all of your spiritual needs in the city! They have been in the business for many years and are very knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.
