Good place to get a costume
Purchased a skirt at the 18 and asked the manager of the store what is the policy she tole me till the 31 you can exchange or return! Now i came there stand for 45 min in the lineup for a refund, and for some reason she doesn’t remember saying something like that! And told me simply to read what on the receipt because they doing refund only till the 18! (AND I BOUGHT THE SKIRT ON THE 18!!!) Spirit should definitely hire better managers who is properly been trained!
