Today, one of the washers or dryers is infested with bugs. Had too throw all my clean clothes away. Didn't take any pictures too modifying and grossed out. As I was putting away my stuff noticed three orange bugs crawling on my clean clothes....

I was staying at the Canad Inns Hotel on Regent avenue and, while the staff at the hotel are amazing, their laundry service provider (this establishment) is exceptionally poor in value and customer service. For a single two piece suit with a dress shirt and three ties; I was quoted 50. I have never paid above 30 for this exact same need in dry cleaning. I will encourage the hotel to seek their dry cleaning services from another provider and suggest anyone reading this review also look elsewhere for their needs.
Staff were very nice and did a fantastic job. We used the drop off service and I was very impressed. Will definitely use this facilities services again.

Their equipment is not well maintained. My clothes didn't get as clean as I would have liked.
