So unprofessional and rude I couldn't believe it. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. I walked out and went into the mall to charm and they took care of me immediately never will I ever set foot in Spicer again

Just wanted to tell you about our recent shopping experience at your McAllister Mall store. My husband and I went In looking for a Graduation gift for our daughter. Wendy waited on us and helped us find the perfect gift-a Pandora reflections silver bracelet and charm.Our daughter loved it but after wearing it once the band became bent. Returned it today and had Wendy wait on us again. She was very pleasant and helpful in fitting our girl with a brand new one. She even offered tips on storing the bracelet when it was not being worn.Wonderful salesperson!!! Just thought you would like to know this. Thank You Jocelyn Richard.

Spicer Jewellery is a beautiful store! I went in to have my gold bracelet fixed. Wendy remembered me from long ago, even though my sister is the more frequent customer. Wendy took great care of my bracelet, taking a photo of it along with instructions on what I wanted changed. I was told it would be ready for pick up before my required date and that Spicers would email me when ready. Today I realized my pick up date was a day away but I was in the area so I stopped in. Sure enough, my bracelet was ready. I was even given a very nice jewellery gift box to take with me, at no charge. Each time I am in Spicers, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I recommend the store to anyone who is looking for exceptional jewellery pieces and beautiful wrist watches.

I started my journey for an engagement ring and Spicer Jewellery was the first store that I entered at East Point. I met Jessica at the diamond counter who took the time to educate me, show me options, and make me feel as comfortable as I can be throughout this process. She took the time to answer all my questions and was patient with me throughout my indecisiveness. In the end, she helped me choose a beautiful ring that not only did my (now) fiancee love, but I also love as well. Everyone at Spicer was highly professional and knowledgeable.
