Stellar salsa and spectacular bacon! Both were on a whole new level. The salsa had a heat- but not overwhelming. The taste was nuanced with sweet and savoury all in one. Amazing. The bacon will probably kill me, and I will die a happy man. I have never had such thick, flavourful bacon ever before in my life. 6 (out of 5) stars.

I've purchased a few things from Mountain Cave Catering & Private Chef! I purchased two fantastic packs of savory bacon, several homemade desserts, and pickled beets. I can honestly say that everything that I have bought has not disappointed me. Great customer service, excellent products, really reasonable prices! You will not regret making a purchase!
I've recently acquired the salsa, and bacon from Spencer! The Salsa is perfect for my breakfast mash that I make. I'm not a fan of spicy food or salsa, but this had just the right amount of veggies and spice. His Salsa provided the right amount of kick for my dish. The bacon was indeed very good. The bacon didn't stick around long! Both the salsa and bacon are/were tasty! G.
I ordered Spencer's Salsa and to be honest it's the BEST Salsa I have ever tasted! It has perfect texture and the taste is amazing it has a nice little bite to it which I'm not a fan of spicy food but this amount of spice is sensational!! I love the bigger chunks of peppers you definitely don't get that with any other salsa's! I absolutely love this Salsa and I will be ordering more!! Amazing Job Spencer!!!
I ate the bacon wrapped around an asparagus sprig. Delicious. I bought some canned goods too. Still not opened. I was thankful that Spencer brought the goods right to my car, so I didn’t have to search for the apartment number.
Spencer is a wonderful chef and an amazing human being. :)
