Today I had the best customer service experience while shopping at Spencer's. It's my birthday and Alex went out on her lunch and brought me a stranger 4 cookies to wish me a happy birthday. I've never had any store associate do something this kind before. Alex, you warmed my heart today with your kindness, Jodi you're amazing with customers and Alyssa your spirit and laughter made my day. Ladies thank you all for your awesome service and my outfit looks amazing!

Had an issue with a return a went back to correct it. The sales associate was very helpful and understanding and made the whole experience so much better than it could have been. The store overall is a great place and it's always worth the visit :)

My husband was at the store this morning before their 11am opening time. He waited till 11:15am but it still wasn't open. He had to leave without getting what he made a special trip for. Very disappointing.
