I had the unexpected pleasure of using Speedy Glass when my back window shattered while driving my MTC to Whitecourt. It was about 4:30 when my dispatch had to call to see if they could fix it with a large topper on the back, not only could they take on the task but he offered to have someone stay late for me. (I was still an hour out, yet) I was able to get my truck rear window installed the next day, so I dropped it off for them to have it for the day. Even though they could keep it all day, they didn’t. He had called me a few hours later, picked me up at the hotel (was there before I got down stairs!) and took me to the shop to pick up the trick. Upon arrival two of his family members were present and he introduced me to them like I was over for Sunday dinner. Unbelievably welcoming. They were incredibly wholesome, friendly and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the overall experience and customer service.

Outstanding service. Went out of their way to rescue my daughter who was stranded with a shattered windshield an hour south of Whitecourt. Arranged to get her car to their shop and did all the necessary repairs right away. We'll be back there for our auto glass repairs in the future.
Bob was absolutely amazing; he rescued me from the side of the highway, got my car back to his shop, fixed my shattered windshield right away, and got me back on the road ASAP. He was a complete lifesaver. He went above and beyond for me closing his shop for 2 hours to rescue me and was really fair in the pricing. I appreciate everything he did, and will be going there for for all future glass repairs.
Bob and Ryan did an excellent job of getting our windshield replaced on short notice. Bob drove to me and from my hotel and even brought my cell phone back which I had left in his truck. He also recommended some places for my wife and I to check out which turned out to be excellent choices. I can’t speak highly enough of this location, well worth visiting if you need windshield repairs.
So here is my story. Yesterday my wife and I hit a deer, just outside of Whitecourt on our way home to Grande Prairie. This was on a Friday afternoon, the windshield was totally shattered, glass EVERYWHERE inside. We called Speedy talked with the owner Bob, he was able to find our specific windshield and we got the car over to him after 4pm on a Friday afternoon....I am sure he and his employee Ryan...who probably had way better things to do stayed late replaced our windshield vacuumed up all the glass. While they were doing this he said we could wait there or go across to the Quality Inns new restaurant Boardwalk....so we went there to wait. We got there and ordered some food, we went to pay but to our surprise Bob had phoned over and told them our meal was on him! In short not only did he take a horrible experience and turn it into a great experience it's good to know there are people in this world like Bob and Ryan, willing to put others first without a thought. If you live in Whitecourt support these guys. Not only so they do great work...they care about people and they are great ambassadors of their and your community.
