Ten outta ten. Everyone is really nice and I will definitely be returning. I had my windshield replaced. They gave me some good advice about my air filter/car in general and actually threw in some windshield wipers! Will definitely go back if need be! Highly recommended spot for car service. :)

Terrible service. Vehicle was in for a windshield replacement. They ordered the wrong seal, then told me they couldn't get the correct part. They then tried to reuse the old seal which they tore while taking out. Windshield leaked like a river pouring in and instead of taking responsibility they cancelled my claim. Avoid this shop at all costs.
Friendly, efficient service. They took a very stressful situation and made the repair process easy and painless.

Boyz were awesome today in North Vancouver. Small problem with my wipers on a rainy day and they took me in asap. Concerned for my safety and did a great job. Thanks fellas
Absolutely terrible service. The guys working here are totally obnoxious and disorganized. They promised glass for my rig by a certain date, I had a schedule to keep, and they didn't even bother to call to let me know it was delayed by a week because someone forgot to confirm the order to the warehouse. Not a word of apology, just "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". Well, I certainly did go somewhere else and will never set foot in your shop again.
Friendly, professional service. I've used them for windshield repair/replacement more times than I would have liked to be necessary.
The people here are nice a do a good job. Not as busy as other locations and right by the bus stop so you can leave your car in the morning and go to work. They also process insurance claims.
