What a great experience! Sara took extra great care of me. I had a pedicure with gel polish and these lovely nails for my wedding tomorrow. I am over the moon with the customer service and final product! Highly recommended!

1 star for the polite nail artist, but the nails look terrible. The lines are wiggly and each nail is different. On one hand she made the design across half my nail liked I asked, but on the other she did it only on the white part. I showed a very simple picture I got done at another nail salon in Richmond (3rd pic) and this is what I ended up. It looks like an untrained person did my nails for fun, not like something I went to a salon and paid for.
I've been to many nail places. I've always felt so rushed. I have sensitive nail beds, due to my health condition. Lynn at specialty nails, is so gentle and caring. She's like a mom. Made sure that I was warm. Takes extra care and precaution with my nails, and I really appreciate her. I won't be going anywhere else now. Thanks Lynn!!

I've had 4 different ladies do my nails at different times and I liked all their work. Everyone in the salon is sweet and friendly. Salon is very clean. I finally settled on Vivian. She's amazing, she makes my acrylic nails look so natural
