I'm very impressed with the work that Sparrow does. I left two quilt tops with them to finish, and the results were even more than what I was expecting. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic about their work, which means better customer service and advice. Would recommend for quilters! Edit: As of February 2017, the turnaround time for orders is taking longer than usual - approx 1.5 months.

Brought 2 baby quilts in for quilting by Sparrow. They helped me find a design and thread color and the service from the staff was excellent. I had both quilts quilted by Sparrow and the binding done as well. They did an excellent job and would definitely recommend!
I sent my hand made, partially hand quilted, king size quilt to the Sparrow Quilt company for them to finish the quilting on it. I just got it back today and I am truly delighted with the finished product. Now I just have to bind it and it will be covering me in my bed. They did a wonderful job. Thank you Sparrow Quilt company.

Do not buy from this company. Worst customer service ever. Waited 2 months for 1 item to ship. Finally gave up and asked for a refund. It’s now been 3 months and still no refund. How they even stay in business is beyond me. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Wish I could give 0 stars. Reputable businesses don’t charge your account until they have product in hand ready to ship.
