What can I say, these guys delivered! My wife & I were looking for a reasonably priced, well built swim spa. We literally looked everywhere. That's when we started talking to Jason at SpaRenew, he was easy to chat with, very polite & knowledgeable. This was actually one of the main reasons we ended up buying with spaRenew. Jason & his team drove the tub down to our house in Sylvan, set it up, filled it & showed us how it's done.. I still can't get the kids out of it!! Thank you Jason & team. :)

It was an earlier winter then we expected and we were trying to fire up our hot tub for the winter when the pump wouldn't turn on. As I was concerned about the tub freezing I phoned Jason in desperation and he didn't try to sell me a new 600 pump he and his team figured out why the pump wasn't working and walked me through how to fix it saving me a ton of money. Jason and his team legitimately care about the consumers best interest and have earned my business for the length of my spa ownership. Thanks spaRenew
