Great Benefits, I even get benefits on contract, soon I will get their amazing benefits program. Not sure why so many people complain, it is a manufacturing job, you can literally talk to HR when you want, they will help you with any issue and go to bat for you on things. I do not think the majority of Review's have actually experienced a work environment outside of Barrie in manufacturing. It is not pleasant, you get very bad benefits, you don't have responsive HR, you don't have executives and leaders coming in to check on you and see if there is any room for improvement and you get a chance to get involved. I really think the majority of reviewers have zero idea how good they have it here, I challenge you to go to any other manufacturing job and then seriously review what you wrote. You will find it is not fun out there and you have very little opportunity to actually progress in your role. Here you are given full opportunity to progress as you can speak to designers and specialists about ideas.

Was there for their 2 day orientation. Not enough information was given. Blown through everything on top of making me get steel toe shoes that is like the attendant has no idea what the difference between men and women sizes are. Have to return the shoes bc it is a mens size 9 and when questioned was told that that was okay even though I am a women's size 9. Will see, once I get working there but I have a bad gut feeling about this job from the lack of information given and lack of enthusiasm or helpfulness from the human resources. This would be my first job experience outside from working with family.
If your expecting a long term stable job this is not the place. They fire anyone no matter how long you’ve been there because they constantly get rid of things and add more with no plans it seems.
