My kittens had to go for routine vaccines and one of my kittens had a terrible reaction, not the fault of anyone. It does happen, and it is rare. I immediately called them and they were very responsive to my kittens needs. The whole staff were very kind, and helpful and attentive to handle our emergency and saved our little Kittens life. They stayed longer to ensure that he was stable before closing when my husband and I were more than grateful. Thank you for treating our Kittens like family.

Took my sick dog there for Checkup and Bloodwork. Was given two options for treatment. Brought my Dog home and she passed 3 hours later. They called me twice 3 days later to see how my dog was doing. Not happy with the explanation of the results of the checkup or bloodwork. Might be ok for vaccination but stay away for something major or checkups in my personal opinion. Gibbons is just down the road.

Took our new puppy( we have had him one week ) in because he was yelping at different times - while sleeping ,while walking and crying alot at nite, we believed he may have somehow hurt himself ,we also requested a kennel cough vaccine so we take him to classes....not only did the vet NOT give him the vaccine we requested, he examined our puppy for less than 10 mins , he then gave us so wet food and said feed him more? Considering our 23 pound puppy is eating 2 and a half cups of food a day and leaving about 2 teaspoons worth of food in his bowl at nite ....eating hasn't been an issue ...he charged us 100.00 for nothing but food we have no intention of feeding him ...go elsewhere to have your animal looked at , this vet could have cared less about our puppies wellbeing.

We've brought our new puppy here several times, the hours make it easy to find a good time and the staff worked with us to isolate the cause of our boy's symptoms. Unfortunately since the symptoms presented with several possible causes it did take 3 visits in all, with us monitoring his activities in between occurrences so that now we know what it is and have been able to make adjustments to limit it from happening again. Most recently we returned last week for neutering, staff showed the usual care we've come to expect. Each time we saw Dr. Bassem, he has a really nice, calm and caring manner, very polite.

My dog was lethargic and had a temp of 104. This vet opened her mouth and saw some blood around the back of her teeth. He told me she had gingivitis. Took her to another vet to find out she an infection in her lung. Do not take your dog to this vet. He does not know what he is doing.
