Absolutely satisfied. Dr Ali is by far one of the most caring and kind persons out there. He takes his time and is so so friendly. He is very modest and he had me laughing through my whole appointment. Most importantly, his needle does not hurt at all. Very gentle. I very highly recommend Dr Ali. And his staff are on top of their game. Southdale dental has my vote.

Dr khaled at this dentist office is either inexperienced or uneducated with dentistry, my wife saw him 3 weeks ago for a couple of cavities and she’s been in pain since, we have tried calling to get the issue fixed but there seems to be no end. My wife has way better teeth than I and this was her first cavity fillings and she thought the extreme pain and discomfort was normal and would go away in a couple of days which is what the dentist said too but as soon as I seen her after I knew there was a problem. He keeps dodging the problem and telling her it will go away instead of actually fixing his obviously mistakes. He seems to be depressed and have too many personal family issues that his mind is not where it needs to be when working on clients. I will be booking an appointment for her somewhere else as I don’t trust his work or his advice! Sorry for the rest of the staff there as they are great but this is unreal, he should recognize and address issues rapidly as teeth pain is literally paralyzing for the patient and not just brush us off and have her suffer for 3 weeks! I have advised her to never go there again as our trust in him as a family dentist is lost

Dr. Ali is fantastic. Hands down the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. The man works miracles. He's super friendly, keeps his patients calm and constantly updated on what he is doing and why, so you never feel unsure in anything he is doing. He has a great sense of humor and will do his best to make you feel at ease in his chair. I have always had great amounts of anxiety going to the dentist and with Dr. Ali I actually look forward to my visits. The best part about him is he actually cares for his patients. He extracted my two wisdom teeth 2 weeks ago and there were some complications that left me in a lot of pain that caused me to have to go into his office without an appointment. He saw me on the spot, didn't deny me or tell me to make an appointment. Everyone in his office is so friendly and caring, they make you feel like family. I will regret the day I move away from London because I don't think I'll ever find a dentist as amazing as Dr. Ali.
I was very scared of dentistry and Dr Ali reassured me, was very patient and kind and I've gone to him for years and I would recommend him for anyone who is worried or apprehensive! He's really great ! His staff are so kind and helpful and know the patients files and make great suggestions to help all the people they look after as w ell! Take your kids he's a wiz fast too
