I went and used the auto car wash and the machine broke my fuel door. I drive a 07 Volkswagen rabbit that has a locking fuel door. I called the listed phone number and the guy met me at the wash. He went and got my fuel door from the wash while I was aloud to view the camera. After he got back I clearly witnessed my fuel door being broken off my the machine. I asked if they would cover the cost of a new one, and this is where I get disappointed. The man came and tried to shove my broken fuel door back on my car. So, I approached him again and he said that I should take it to the dealership because it's a design flaw with the car? I stated he was incorrect and that the car was over 10 years old. Then the man said well it looks like it was already broken and someone glued it back on. Again I'm in dissagrement because I knew it was in perfectly good shape. After this I repeated that I would like the company to cover the repair and he said it was (my own issue). So, in conclusion I will not be using this car was again and the owner is a complete blow off wast of time

The only car wash I like great pressure good vacuum systems simple but great get more time for your buck compared to port elgin
I think the price to wash your car anymore is ridiculous and the same as for vacuuming.. its 4 to wash and you have to rush if your using the sponge that makes people fall just saying I watched an elderly man fall because his time was running out and he only had one side done
Tire cleaner didn't work, foaming brush didn't work, high pressure soap didn't work. What a joke! Ended up using the brush with pre soak soap to try to get my car somewhat clean and not waste all my money. Won't be back.
Machine ate my money. Another time the hose was broken and the bay wasn't closed so wasted more money. Contacted number but did not get a response back. Car wash it self is okay but is not a automatic wash
