I was fortunate to be accepted into the Starter Company Plus Program run through this Centre last year. I couldn't have hoped for a more supporting group to help me navigate one of my first years in business, and during a pandemic, no less! You can tell everyone at the centre is truly invested in the success of every entrepreneur they deal with. I was provided with plenty of opportunities to network and learn during my time in the 6 month program. And the support continues even now! If you're starting a business or running one and need some support you HAVE to reach out and tap into all the incredible resources this place makes available to you!

As a new business owner, i really appreciate the support and resources SBEC has to offer. I participated in the Starter Company Plus program which not only provided a little bit of financial help but also offered me invaluable access to resources, experienced advice and a fantastic mentor. Additional resources through the centre's Digital Service Squad gave me much needed support to respond to the challenges of the Covid pandemic and bring my business online from the begining.
