Went to door, but closed to walk-in due to pandemic... Sign on door said call to make an appointment... called twice, no answer. Went back to the door to see a woman just sitting down at the desk... Assumed she was busy so I waited a few moments and then called. She picked up the phone and then hung up without saying anything like she was upset.... During working hours.... I should have just ignored the sign and went in, but you know... respect an all of that...

The South Common Medical Centre has been available to the community for many years. The staff and doctors are always considerate and responsive, and take the time to follow-up with clients to share test results and to ensure issues discussed are addressed. The clinic has continued to operate during the COVID pandemic, and has introduced a number of steps to keep us safe. We feel fortunate to have this medical centre in our community.

My family doctor went on vacation and I could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well for almost a week, in pain that was getting worse. I called in the morning and got an appointment for 4:45pm. Everything was very good. Both receptionists were very welcoming. A nurse came to check on me and run an urine test. Then the lady doctor came and was very supportive and professional. I got my prescription fast. I recommend this walk in clinic!

I've been with my family doctor here for 18 years now. My doctor performs an exceptional job and will only prescribe what is needed for you. Got my flu shot, physical check up, allergist referral, mental health referral, etc. The front desk staff was always friendly with me in-person and on the phone whenever I needed to call for an appointment (specifically during COVID-19 measures).

I was a patient here seeing Dr. Tran back in late 2020. I had two infections that needed treatment. I successfully got rid of one of the infections but due to Dr. Trans negligence and refusal to looking the symptoms in my lower abdomen I could have died, from the second infection. I could have lost my life due to this. Thankfully, another doctor helped me. If you are a female, please seek help elsewhere with a FEMALE doctor.
