Worst experience possible had issues with hot water in my Park Model trailer called these guys up came over and gave quote on installing new hot water tank. Was quoted 800 to 1,000 for a 20 gallon tank. Came over and installed a new tank which took only 1 hour to install. Did not hesitate to charge me the full 1,000. Found out after the fact that he had installed a 10 gallon tank instead. Was very disappointed that he had never mentioned the size of the tank and was only mention after all the work was done. After he left I decided to check the job and found one of the pipes leaking and had water all over the floor of my trailer. Tried contacting him a numerous times but would not reply to my concerns. On top of that the tank that he decided to purchase on his own it's not a tank that I can drain. Paid cash no receipt and this is what I'm stuck with now. I do not recommend their service at all. I trusted him but now I'm 1,000 in the hole.
The best place to go on Manitoulin Island for parts and service for RVs and trailers! They even offer pick up and drop off services, as well as on site installation when the situation calls for it.
Super Friendly people...very knowledgeable. Great parts store!
