Our trip was great in spite of the weather taking a turn. We never felt unsafe for one moment knowing our boat was being piloted by our very capable captain Steve. Steve and Jake, the deck hand, were friendly, courteous and helpful. We were able to see many seals, fished for mackerel. My husband caught 3! Watched gannets dive into the water at speeds of up to 60km to catch fish. Would recommend this outing to everyone.

The boat is actually located at 20 Red Point Rd. Great crew. Lots of fun for adults and kids alike on the whale watching tour. Fishing poles provided for kids to catch some mackerel and the crew helps take them off the hooks. Lots of room on the boat but keep in mind there isn't much shelter.

Great relaxing adventure with the whole family. Courteous crew, very accommodating especially to seniors too. Saw 1 seal and many porpoises. Watching Northern Gannet in action was pretty cool. No whales tonight but the kids and grandparents had a blast fishing! Definitely worth the drive to North Lake!

Excellent family adventure! Steve and Jamie were awesome with the kids. No whales but they made sure we were all entertained from the porpoises to the diving birds to deep sea fishing! Highly recommend! Thanks guys! From Ontario McStravick and Cunningham family.

Had an amazing time out with Captain Gerard at the end of August. Anyone who can make time for a trip to east point while on PEI should. Enter with an open mind for adventure and you won't be disappointed. You can tell the crew really cared that we got to see as much as possible. Luckily we got to catch some mackerel, see some sea lions, dolphins, and a few quick glimpses of a whale or two. Not to mention the views of the PEI shoreline were fantastic. Make sure to stop in for breakfast or lunch across the street at the Pirate boathouse cafe!
