staff weren’t too friendly. DO NOT get your figure skates sharpened there. upon arrival was first in line (dropped to 3rd) as friends came in and too priority . definitely not the place for that . no advisement on when skates were done (basically had to guess) took well over 30 minutes waiting and WAS NOT busy.

Excellent selection, very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you out and don't try to oversell or sell you something that you don't need. Been to sports stores all over Canada and this store is one of the absolute best!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Purchased a Giant E-bike through these folks and they were beyond excellent in their service and assistance! I always find the service friendly. They seem to be able to answer any questions I've had with regards to any sports equipment I've needed.
Just found out....new staff are rude!! .. especially when they are rude in front of your own kids when they love to shop there! That's too bad..
