The team was professional, courteous and maintained an excellent line of communication throughout the process. Unpleasant experience. Poor to non-existent communication, install team would disappear for weeks at a time and required constant follow up to get them back to continue working on the install. They literally disconnected electrical equipment from my house and stole the breaker to install their system (versus supplying their own breaker). Improper installation: critter guard fell off twice within 1 month of install and James Dennis (the owner) refused to re-install. They ran electrical through the roof without the proper junction/safety box. Strongly recommend looking for other solar providers. I would strongly recommend Prairie Sun Solar.
