Was referred to this clinic through my son's pediatrician's office to test his hearing back in May of 2020, Although I know my son's hearing is fine and they just want to test due to technicality BUT they NEVER contacted me. When I called to follow up in July they advised that they were behind due to being closed from COVID and that they were now just following up with appointments and that someone would get back to me NEVER DID! and it is now February of 2021. this is UNACCEPTABLE! thank God my son is fine but imagine if my son actual had hearing issues. He wouldn't be able to diagnosed in order to receive the help and support he needed Young children should be a priority because hearing issues can affect their long term development therefore this should be an essential service!

Had the appointment today with Dr. M Brant, very pleasant and kind doctor. Everything was good but referral has been delayed for month and a few weeks. I realize because of busy clinic where I saw many patients. Waiting time was almost equal zero. Highly recommended!

Worse in answering and/or returning phone calls. Receptionist never never answers the phone. Always leave a message but nothing in return. Go elsewhere if you can, we certainly will.

As usual, a glittering facade and a fancy building in jarring contrast with mediocre services. This is my second visit to the hearing clinic. First appointment took months. Then they forgot to call me back and inform me of the test results. The second visit: In the briefest possible sentence the doctor, very coldly, said \There is no solution for this problem.\ Apparently the Healthcare system cares about everything other than my health
