I contacted Soulliere Solutions early this spring (not hearing back from them until this summer) regarding repairs to my crawlspace foundation. Soulliere did a large job in 2016 on my small home (for the previous owner) in the same site (for 12k) replacing the main beam and installing cement footings. The main beam is compromised again as well as a joist running underneath the kitchen countertop. I received a quote for another 7200.00 (telling me this amount was based on 2016 pricing - I suppose that is their idea of a warranty?) This quote included another pair of cement footings on the main beam they just repaired 4 years ago (which suggests to me, these 2 footings should have been done 4 years ago). By late summer, after finally getting the owner on the phone, I discussed other means to repair the area at a lower cost. He provided some ideas and told me a quote would be sent. Weeks have passed, no quote. Emailed their office for follow up. No follow up. During this whole process, my partner and I were also getting a quote from Soulliere to do an inground pool removal. After discovering their quote was based on work not done to the city's building code and discussing this with the owner, we never received a revised quote. I guess Soulliere Solutions is just so busy they do not need the work or... perhaps this is a case of shoddy workmanship and business practices.

I could not get in touch with the estimator. After 5 calls I didn't try again.
We were hesitating to rate this company sooner. 2 years ago Company did waterproof one wall 35 feet in the basement. They did fantastic job. They dig over one foot trench, installed stones, connected wiping tiles, installed corrugated pipe with sock, insulated wall with rigid plastic, drilled many holes in the side of the wall, removed debris, poured cement on top all for lowest price from 4 other estimates. There was a foreman with accent nice guy, he cleaned several section of our wiping tiles under the house so the water could flow easily. Till now we have no problem with wet footing, it is dry like a bone. Beautiful job.
This company went above and beyond to ensure I got money from the city to help me pay for things I needed in my basement, and the crew that showed up to my house did more than needed just to help out. The crew that showed up to my house was great, the employee who came out to eel my line for me was great, and the experience has been easy overall. If the first storm generates water in my basement, I'll update my review, but I'm very satisfied with the way things panned out.
