A fantastic pit stop on your way to Juan de Fuca. The staff there are super friendly and can share insights on attractions and seasonality expectation. There are also lots of resources free to take that can help you gain some knowledge about particular attraction points. The historical equipment and items were very neat, love the knowledge shared along with some story telling audio display. Please don't forget to support this location and get some post cards or merchandise!!

My wife and I were talking about our trip to Victoria and I asked her, \who was the nicest person you met on our vacation?\ She picked one of the ferry workers, and I picked the nice lady at the Sooke Information Centre. She must get the same questions over and over again, but she greeted me with kindness and enthusiasm. I asked her to recommend a nice place for a picnic and did she ever find us a place! The attached picture is where she sent us. Thank you for being so wonderful and doing your job with flair. You stood out above all the others.
