I highly recommend Sam! If you are a first time home buyer, Sam is hands down the best option, he is on another level. He is one of the nicest human beings you will ever speak with! He is very well prepared and an absolute wealth of knowledge. He is a Swiss army knife when it comes to buying houses. He offers so much information in all directions, which is so helpful when you are trying to buy your first home. He promptly answered all questions and made himself available whenever we needed him. Sam made the process of applying for our mortgage very smooth and stress free (as stress free as it can be :P). This was our first time going through the process and there was a lot we just didn't know. Sam was able to provide us with a lot of great information and suggestions that we wouldn't have even thought of. He was very easy to work with, always available, and very patient with us. We had a ton of questions and he was happy to answer all of them and walk us through the process step by step. I would 100% recommend Sam to anyone!
