What an awesome boat and great guide!!! We had the perfect day out fishing with the whole family with Reel Life Charters. There was tons of room on the boat for everyone and the gear was top of the line. Travis was an excellent host and got us into a couple big chinooks. He was very knowledgeable about the area and everything to do with fishing in this world class location. A fishing trip on Vancouver Island's West Coast with Reel Life Charters is a must for anyone no matter what their fishing experience. Thank you Travis!
Had a great experience with Travis on my first ever ocean fishing trip. Guided me through the licensing process as well as to where the fish were. All in all one of the best days in a long time would recommend this charter company to anyone. PS I did get my salmon.
My wife and I had a great time fishing with Travis. He was professional and pleasant to interact with. We got the fish we went for, and had fun while doing it. Will definitely be back next time!
Travis, our guide, knew right where to go to find the Halibut. It was a beautiful day on the water. We saw humpback whales and orcas. The boat was nice and perfect for fishing. He set crab traps for us on the way out and had delicious crab and halibut for dinner. Travis did a great job of fileting the fish. He is a very mellow, easy going guy and we would certainly use him again as a guide.
