Great, high-quality fabrics. Very poor web customer service and poor shipping policies. I was advised that my fabric was being shipped on Oct 27 but delivery date as per tracking is Nov 23! Shipped via Canada Post -- Almost a month to ship from BC to Ontario! Really?! Do not purchase from the webstore if shipping is required. I've removed this store from my purchasing options.

Staff was extremely rude. Will not be returning as I felt very disrespected and not respected as they pressured me into leaving the store to make room for others due to the 4 person capacity (which they do not follow regardless).
