I am one happy customer. Talk about customer service!!!! I bought my fire bowl from them a few years ago. However, on our recent house move, I managed to lose the valve key. I contact Darlene to ask how much for a replacement and she was more than happy to send me a free one. If anyone is looking for high end fire pit, you need to check them out. Style and quality is on point.

Have had the fire pit since 2012. Couldn't be happier. We also got their big form tiles for a wall over a fireplace we have inside the house. Looks amazing even after 8 years.
Absolutely loving our 36" Solus Hemi firebowl - we have even used it throughout the winter! We are really excited to make the most of the summer nights on our rooftop patio, and invite all of our friends round to join us! The quality is superb, and has withstood the Burnaby wind, rain and snow with ease. Customer service was incredibly friendly, and prompt. If you're in looking at having a staycation this summer, I would highly recommend spending it around one of the Solus firepits :)
We are from Montreal, and after searching long and hard for a supplier, we ordered a tank table and a fire pit from Solus Decor in BC, and could not be happier with our purchase.
