First time at this salon but will be returning for sure! My experience was simply amazing! The staff were very professional yet warm and welcoming. The salon was clean and safety measures where implemented to insure clients safety. Greg is a magician! I had low expectations as I had uneven layers and knew it’ll be a challenge to fix my hair. He however, did his best and listened to all my concerns” I had plenty lol “ and delivered one of the best hairstyles I’ve ever had. My hair looks healthy even and my confidence is back! Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you team Solo bace.

This was my first visit to Solo Bace. I saw Tanya for an up-do as I was in town for a wedding. I was very impressed by both the salon and by Tanya. The salon is warm and inviting, being a Saturday it was busy but the staff was friend and personable. Tanya exceeded my expectations. All I knew was that I wanted an up-do and I let Tanya do what she does best. I got compliments on my hair all night, it lasted thru the next day (and yes, I slept)! People are still complimenting it when they see the pictures. I will be back the next time I'm in Toronto and will recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you again!!! You guys were amazing!!!!
Amazing customer service. Douglas did magic with my hair. Listened to my concerns and gave me my best haircut in ages. Carol did a great job highlighting my hair. 100% overall customer satisfaction.
I saw Carol for my color and Scott Roy for my cut. Both were very attentive and professional. I both my color and style. And Scott is very charming and personable. Scott came highly recommended by a dear friend. He did not dissapoint! Gold!They are Covid compliant. No worries!
My experience at Solo Base has been fabulous!!! Darrell has been my colourist and stylist for about 15 years. Always applying the latest in technique and style in fashion, keeping my look fresh and current. Many lengths, colours and styles, it's my hair wardrobe. Always feel beautiful and confident when I step out of the Salon and every day. I receive lovely compliments on my colour and style on a regular basis, even random from strangers. In addition to Darrell's "FABULOUSNESS!!!", the experience from A-Z with the whole team is awesome...friendly and professional, always feel I'm popping in to visit those friends that always make you feel great. LOVE LOVE LOVE
I got a haircut here with one of their master stylists. The place is very nice, staff polite, they make a point of always addressing you by your name. The haircut itself was not good. The stylist didn’t take into account my hair texture, gave shape and over all look of the cut. I asked for a fringe and he literally cut a piece and of my frontal hair and didn’t blend it in with the rest. Not worth 100. Perhaps other stylists are better.

Her attention to detail and innate understanding of what suits her clients keeps us all coming back. Tanja is a multi-talented stylist who understands the science of hair and always gives an impeccable cut. As an added bonus she is also trained in the application of Keratin treatments and is responsible for the life changing results that keep my naturally curly hair smooth and humidity proof. I highly recommend this salon!
I've been going to Solo Bace for over 25 years! YES - crazy! but wouldn't have it any other way. The service is incredible and the talented staff have SO much to offer clients. Best colourists in the city - hands down! Great environment - clean, modern - always on trend with product, treatments, equipment, etc.. Highly recommend!
