Ordered leather luster through their online store Product arrived in just over 3 days to the east cost There was a small issue with a product leaking during shipping, sent the store an email and the same day the owner contacted me directly via phone call to follow up on what had happened and made it right. I believe this store stands behind their products and the owner will go out of his way to ensure you get the highest standard of customer service and product you deserve. * I am currently in the process of using the leather luster on my oxfords, I will update this portion of the review when im done!*

Friendly, helpful, and nice selection. Store is in chaos a little sue to the addition they are adding at the moment. I'm sure in no time the great staff there will have everything looking tip top again.
