I had been looking for the perfect black coat that I could use between fall and winter, after trying many different stores I finally came across this one. The moment I went in, Nadine, the store associate, immediately assisted me and helped me try on coats that I liked. She went above and beyond in providing the best customer service and helped me in finding the most PERFECT coat that fit my body in the best way possible. It looked great on me and I could not help but buy it on the spot. The customer service experience made all the difference. 100% would recommend!
