I am giving Soft Tub a 5 star. Since day one of the purchase of our soft tub, we have been nothing but pleased with the all-around services provided to us from time of purchase, installation and the continuous costumer services when needed. I can’t forget to mention the little perks we have received for being great customer as well. This soft tub has provided my family and me a place to enjoy during these hard times. Working from home has been hard for me; being in a confined space, looking at my screen and same wall all day was taking a toll on me. Let us not forgot that I am a social butterfly and need to interact with people during the day. I was slowly feeling myself slipping away into someone I did not like anymore. Let me tell you; I started using my soft tub during my lunch hour and this has been a lifesaver for me. Thank you Soft Tub Canada, for providing me with the one thing that has given me some quality of life that helps me cope through these hard times. We purchased this wonderful Softub product and it took just over 2 weeks to arrive at our home. It was so quick to set it up and took less than 24 hours to heat to 104F using only cold water. We chose the 2 person size and we love the compact design for our needs. We're snowbirds so this will be perfect when we leave for the winter all we have to do is empty it then roll it into the shed to keep it clear of the snow and winter elements. The only thing I wish is that it came with a starter kit as we didn't realize it didn't have one with it but I called Softub Canada and they were very helpful and recommended a place to get chemicals immediately or I could order from them and they would send them out. If you're looking for a great hot tub without the super high cost this is the one for you! Great customer service, and best of all it's manufactured in CANADA! Thank you Softub!
Highly recommend my softub! Has gotten me through learning how to cross country ski! I use it nearly every night in the winter and take it to camp in the summer, great after a swim in the lake! Our kids love it! We have had ours for 3 years with no issues and the inlaws have had theirs for 15 years!

I bought a hot tub 30 years ago from Kevin. He came and set it up for me along with his three year old son, at that time. It was the best investment I ever made! I kept it outside all year long and used it everyday! I had to dispose of it this summer since their technician said it was too old to recover. A very very sad day it was! Thanks HotTub for this therapeutic, relaxing and comfortable product. I miss it a lot!
