Society has a great reputation for great food and hospitality. Boss Limousine Service has many requests for pickup and drop offs to Society in Yaletown Vancouver. Our customers always have good things to say when spending there evening at Society. We recommend checking them out!

I love that Society is both a nice place to eat and kid friendly. With two kids and few babysitter options, my husband and have made Society (especially their kids eat free Sundays) a regular dining option. The staff is wonderful and the food is excellent. The kid's menu is great too, with everything from grilled cheese to baked chicken with potato and green beans - and even cotton candy for dessert!

Society never disappoints when it comes to the food. All the appetizers are great, one of the best burgers in town and awesome Mac and cheese. The service is hit and miss, the drink menu could have more options...but, all in all I'd recommend you check it out.

I ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork which had grilled cornbread, apple-cabbage slaw, chipotle dip, and chips. The cornbread was actually my favourite part of the dish because it was soft, sweet and crumbly. You can't pick up the cornbread to eat it like an open-faced sandwich, it tastes more like cake than bread because of the sweetness. The pulled pork was very tender but I couldn't taste the smoked part. The apple slaw was refreshing and different than typical coleslaw. Chips were a bit burnt but otherwise light, salty, and crispy.

We were a group of 12 that had reservation in the lounge area. We were given this 2 feet space for 12 of us to squeeze in and when we asked for a bigger table/booth, we were told that they would have to split the group. The lounge tables were just 2 small stools, probably enough for 2-4 people and their drinks. It was definitely not enough for 12 people! If they couldn't accommodate such a large group, why not tell the customer when they make the reservation and let the customer decide for themselves? The service was terrible. We waited almost an hour before we could get any attention. We waved down the floor manager and asked him if we were going to be served at all before he alerted the waitresses. Finally when we were ready to order we had been in the restaurant for more than an hour. Take your hard earned money to some other restaurant. It turned out to be a waste of our time.

Went here for a Birthday Party, will never return. Pricing is rediculous. Service is absolutely terrible. Mouthy waitresses, loud obnoxious music. I could go on. Go somewhere else. If you're strugging to dump a clingy boyfriend/girlfriend, take them here. No seriously, go somewhere else..

We went here in spite of a slew of awful reviews on various sites and regretted it pretty much from the moment we arrived. Our service was terrible. The server forgot drink orders, nearly spilled a glass on wine on my friend and got our chardonay and pinot gris mixed up on her way from the bar to the table. She ran away just as she was about to take our food order and reappeared five minutes later saying that she "plays this game where she has to write down anything interesting that comes into her head". Apparently she had been inspired and had needed to do that? The food was inedible. Calamari? Try strips of rubbery, oily seafood that the breading didn't stick to. Truffle Mac & Cheese? Nope. Oil covered pasta with crusty bread crumbs baked on top and congealed oily greyish stuff on the bottom that looked more like a can of mushroom soup than cheese sauce. And the atmosphere was more annoying than anything else. A near fight and screaming girls who drunkenly teeter around the patio yelling that it's so and so's birthday and so everyone had better be doing shots. Could have easily handled the atmosphere and actually enjoyed the grossly overpriced drinks but the service and food were just too awful to ever justify returning.

They served us warm beer, acted surprised when I pointed it out and then said it's because it was from the storage and didn't have enough time to chill. Waitress's solution to the warm beer was to give us a glass with ice in it - that's disgusting. For what we got...we should've been paid. There are so many better places to go in Vancouver.
