They were able to customize a bag for me to fit my laptop and they kept me updated along the way as the bag was completed. I ordered a custom bag since my laptop is a little oversized. The bag arrived in about 4 weeks, earlier than predicted. It's a gorgeous colour and fit, with all the right details. Very, very happy!
My wife has three bags from Mariclaro and she loves them all! We bought them many years ago during the One of a Kind Show in Toronto. The quality is excellent, the material choices are perfect and they've lasted years and years (still going strong). Awesome people and awesome products!
We buy your products as gifts for our son-in-law who just loves them. So 5 out of 5 for your products. However, your delivery function via UPS is not working because the people who work for UPS either can't read house numbers or simply don't care. Last two deliveries went to the neighbouring house which is under construction and has no number (whereas our house has large, visible numbers)!!! Time to change who you are using to deliver your excellent products.
I purchased one of their commuter backpacks a year and a half ago at a local Etsy show, and it is by far the best commuter bag I have used. It is made from recycled leather from a decommissioned Air Canada Boeing 777 aircraft and car seat belts. It is incredibly sturdy, having survived all four seasons in Ottawa (including a BRUTAL winter), and it has pockets in all the right places. If you are in the market for a new high quality bag/purse/wallet, and you like a unique design, this company will deliver!
