Great gym if you live nearby. The free-weight selection is good (around 110lb max). The gym has one squat rack and around 3 benches. You usually do not have to wait for anything because members come at various hours throughout the day. Pretty clean and people are polite. I would recommend to gym goers around the area.

I had never walked into a gym in my life or ever been into sports etc. This had a lot to do with my lack of confidence in my abilities! Finally, I decided enough was enough and I wanted a lifestyle change and balance! I immediately decided I needed a place I could go to at any hour and I needed a trainer that would invest as much into my success as I would! This is exactly what I found and more with Catherine Johnson! She took on the challenge! It's been almost a year and it's been a tough, yet amazing transition! I can do things I never imagined! In addition, Catherine has really tailored my sessions to meet medical needs and my bone density has improved! Her commitment and the overall atmosphere at the gym is very welcoming and accepting of all shapes and abilities! I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would encourage at least beginning with either of the personal trainers here!
I only started going to the gym (and had an actually gym membership) about two years ago. I was referred to this gym by my cousin who was training with a Snap Fitness personal trainer (Phuong Nguyen). His personal trainer then became my person trainer for a year and a half. He's the reason why I became comfortable with working out and why I got into a healthier lifestyle. I was a bit shy at first with working out around other people but got over that very quickly. This gym is in a very convenient location and is smaller than most gyms but that's why I like it so much. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to give you tips and show you how to use equipment whenever you need help. The facility itself is very clean, with three bathrooms, one changing room and a studio room. The gym atmosphere is not intimidating and I've become quite familiar with everyone. I would recommend this gym to everyone, especially those who are not frequent gym-goers and who prefer more private gym sessions.
The facility it self is a good size, has all the equipment you need and even at peak hours isn't too busy. Had personal training here as well. Phuong is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done to get anyone to their unique fitness goals. Not just by working out, but also provided a few tips on nutrition which helped a lot.
This is a great gym for people who are just coming back into it after a long leave of absence. You may ask them any question regarding exercises and or nutrition and they will give you 100% honest answers.
The staff are courteous and friendly, especially my personal trainer. Phuong is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, with 7 years of training. I never thought I was the kind of person who would have a trainer, but it is worth it. He helps me with exercise technique and diet, and he pushes me to do more than I would on my own.
I have been a member at Snap Fitness for more than a year. I use multiple locations, not just the one I signed up with, and this one has the most equipment. Squat rack, smith machine, deadlifting area, full studio for use. There is always someone around to help. Great gym!
I love the friendly and supportive atmosphere at the gym. I also like that it is clean, carries a lot of equipment and is super convenient (i.e. 24/7, not over crowded, machines are serviced on time).
