Very helpful staff, quiet and easy going place. Brian was a huge help and answered all our questions. This place definitely earned our business.
We purchased a pinball machine from SML. During the purchase phase they were super prompt about calling to answer questions and to get us to finalize the purchase. Since the machine has been broken more than not and trying to get a response to arrange a service appointment has been difficult to say the least. We are even prepared to pay for the service appointment and still cannot get responses or anyone to come.
Shopped everywhere and found the best price for a hot tub here. Friendly staff and knowledgable installation crew. We've been using it for the past two weeks and it's awesome!
I love pool, been playing for decades. My friend Sean loves pool too. He set up a beginner I know with a nice cue at a really good price just to help him get going. He even went out of his way to pick it up for us. This was before he even worked at SML. Now that Sean is working at the billiard store, I don’t go anywhere else for my pool things.
