It is poorly managed. Each individual section works efficiently however no one works to coordinate your purchase financing and delivery.i attempted to buy my third travel trailer from them this week and while they took my deposit they had already sold it to someone else.
We recently purchase a used trailer from Sicard. Suzanne was great to work with and very knowledgeable. She took our questions away and found answers quickly. The sales and pick up process was excellent! Nicole took the time to explain everything fully so we felt confident in our new purchase. They even assisted with the hook-up etc. We now have the trailer at home and everything is clean and as it should be. We would recommend the entire team at Sicard for trailer purchases.
