We called them to install a new kitchen faucet. We were told they'd be here on Monday between 5-7 pm. I called them at 7:10 to see when they might be here and were told they'd be here tomorrow (Tuesday) as they were too busy on Monday, perhaps too busy to bother to call and inform us of this. Tuesday came and went with no call and no show. I left them a message on Wednesday morning but that call was never returned. I don't know if they're any good or not since we never got to experience it. The lady on the phone was very pleasant but their ability to keep appointments and show some courtesy is suspect.
I would never hesitate of giving N & A Services a five-star rating! Their service exceeded my expectations. I would like to call them again for any future plumbing issues. N & A Services is the best in the area!
